Seriously?
This is a manufactured concept.
More expensive to purchase.
Worse depreciation.
Higher annual insurance.
These alone will not compensate for any perceived "savings".
A hassle to charge for most people in high density areas.
Charging anxiety, if you can find a public charger that actually works
Increased risk of parking restrictions.
Proven to be unreliable in times of natural disasters. (phone coverage outage and public chargers not working, flooded garaged EVs catching fire, as seen recently with Hurricane Helene, and burning houses down)
Gullible fools are being tricked because politicians are telling us they're good and forcing people into getting them.
As subsidies stop, the free market has spoken, and EV sales are declining, whilst petrol hybrid sales are increasing.
