Hi B1904; someone was talking about "simple maths" a few HC blogs ago, here's a simple one my son in law bought a Tesla Y long range (home charge on Sola fitted home) 4 months ago and stepped from a Kia unit, he did a fuel cost comparison Tesla full tank $0.27c per equivalent Kia 64 Ltrs = $17.28 v Kia $2.12 petrol @ 64 ltr = $135.68 per tank x a years driving YIKES doh!!!! lets not get into "service costs per 10.000kms" DOUBLE YIKES!!! well it seems many Ozzies and yanks didnt get past primary school maths and were convinced by Peter Brocks vroom vroom noise fumes planet boiling polution is the lets do it okay factor. I see the G7 numpties also hit the coal industry with a 2035 wet lettuce the other day while they scramble to shift their planet boiling investments across to renewables??? - if they or their loved ones, bank managers and BEOT mates are still kicking in 2degree+ lift in global temps doh!!! Being a third age soul I'm investing for my family mob (and the mut) and sticking to the bush IMO woof woof
