Who is liable for the damage to an accident where multiple parties are involved? The council, RMS, the pedestrian, the car owner, the car manufacturer. Without having to go into the inner workings of insurance companies every matter settles before it gets to a hearing. Inaurance companies just negoatiate a settlement with each other. So to answer your lame question if you have insurance then you dont need to worry about accidents which happen all the time.
