actually, looking at your picture carefully, under the heading "vehicle manufacturing" the score for a hybrid seems wrong.
A hybrid has all the parts of an ICE plus an electric motor plus a battery, so its score should be the highest.
Maybe it is a BS chart trying to peddle a BS point?
