Aust dont have to be due to the americans leaving car production in australia after admitting to relying on Aust government hand outs. We would have the same vote winning policies like USA 100-300% tariffs of china cars if they were still here (even though they are american companies)
Good luck for EU in tariffing up China. their economy runs on german car manufacturers and biggest market is china. they'll lost more eastern europe to china and provides russia free reign to invade further which last night they claimed Finland's seas to themselves.
Xiaomiiii CEO had a point. i think it was along the lines they would be punished by customers if it didn't look like german car manufacturers. thus no point for germans to sue as its free advertising.
BYD doing well. Tesla some headwinds as biden voters not liking Musk much due to twitter. Tesla doing well too. Must have got the reaction they wanted with introduction of 1% rate. Model 3 and Y below Rav4 prices. and assuming toyota gonna hike prices while those waiting 1-2 years with have to pony up more cash.
