Who says the photo and the headline are actually related ? You will see the same image at the docks in Fremantle, WA. Its where the cars (all cars ICE and EV) get unloaded before going off to the dealers around the state. Anyone could take a photo of the docks and then claim the cars have been dumped there because they cannot be sold.
