Speaking of EVs and being definitive (the thread title), I would encourage everybody to "dob in a dickhead" EV owner who is not doing the right thing.
They have no excuses.
Take a photo of the offending number plate(s) and send them in to your transport authority so the irresponsible EV owner can be fined.
In fact, authorities encourage you to "dob in a dickheads", as seen below:
