Come on @dawgfather - I am a big fan of your thoughtful and well researched posts on the LRS forum, but you can do better than this. Clintel is a fugazi at best, the signatories are packed with a bunch of vested interests (ex Shell employees etc) and political actors, and the claims included in this petition are easily discredited - https://www.aap.com.au/factcheck/climate-list-claim-melts-away-under-closer-inspection/

There's no need to politicise climate science.

EV's and the electrfication of everything is bettery for air quality, the environment, political stability (no more price spikes anytime someone in the ME and Gulf States farts....) and is quickly becoming (in plenty of instances has already become) the cheapest option available to consumers.

There's plenty of room to debate what should be done to slow down anthropogenic global warming, but denying it's happening and/or we should be looking to geologists and teachers for their opinion on how climate models are being formed is just plain stupid.
