What action would follow a suicide by a family member who was impacted by the email. Let's say a family member, a 26-year-old junior manager read the email and was overwhelmed by guilt. He came to the conclusion that his success came at the expense of some lesser person. It might be argued that his suicide was the result of the email. Should court action ensue the DEI idiot may find herself looking for a new job.
