    Don't worry the sarcasm has already been factored into the share price -

    Property, plant and equipment worth $227 million
    Yet CTO's market cap is only 2/3 rds of that.

    So presumably the high grade resource, and prime location is worth
    = (minus) -1/3rd of CTO's Market cap.
