You previously dismissed my comments as being of a very negative nature from a non shareholder.

I note with interest that you have sold half of your shareholding.

My family were shareholders in CTO from the very beginning (1969) and they did very well from their holdings over a long period of time.

Whilst I had a great respect for the late Mr Jim Lynch (father of Mark ) I can,t say the same about Mark. I had ocaasion to meet hium in a Brokers Office some time back and as a shareholder at the time I had a few questions to ask him of the Company. Unfortunately I found him to be an evasive sort of a man in that he didn,t fully answer questions asked, and sidestepped any questions which I considered to be of an important nature. Some might consider him to be a good salesman but I can,t say that he impressed me one little bit.

Bearing in mind the above statement and considering that a lot of promises have not materialised I often think of a statement made to me by a dear old friend some time ago ,who was also a very successful share trader.The statement went something like this "Penny my dear it is not the report that matters, it is the credibility of the person making the statement"

Having said all of the above it is my honest belief that at some time in the future CTO could be the subject of a takeover, and with this in mind I haven,t written off the thought of buying back into the Company.
