The csl collaboration did not include the 3 main reasons I'm im patrys , PatSm6,PatLm1 and PatSc1. Refer asx release 28/1/2010.
CSL was merely given the opportunity "to explore,advance and develop these early stage product opportunities.This factor has the adde benefit of allowing Patrys to focus its efforts and resources on the clinical development of our more mature product candidates."
