you mean shape the interpretation of the laws - don't you?

or do you mean that their slanted, biased (and, you tell us they are biased - because you tell us they are conservative) ----------- narrow views of the world stuff things up so badly - that congress has to make new laws or repeal old laws that trumps looney tunes are interpreting and causing harm

which all to me - brings up yet another very very very big bad apple in the America business

not only do they and, we, the rest of humanity have an enormous issue because they have this system where overnight powers are basically invested in one person who can launch a nuclear strike at whoever and wherever they choose

but, they have a system in which practically one person can stack an entire judicial system - and, as you point out - effect the entire nation for "decades to come''

if that's not a problem clear to all - then, many of us shouldn't be allowed to vote or drive a car

It is the SCOTUS's job to interpret the law. Why do you have a problem with that?

It is NOT their job to legislate from the bench which the dem appointees like do.
