The fall is the share price really is awaful, but I am not panicking.
It is clear that a lot of people have been burnt with this one over the years and have had to feel some pain.
However, the recent fall in the share price has actually come following a pretty good announcement. The market has a funny way of presenting itself at times.
Note that: 1. The Company has commenced a process to identify a strong non-executive Chairman.
2. As at 30 September 2016, the Group had cash of A$5.1 million, up from $4.6 million at 30 June 2016 as a result of funds received from customers of the Chinese operations.
3. 3rd qtr chinese sales are up 10% from the same period last year.
Is any of that bad news?
Yet here we are languishing at historic lows.
I remain interested in if/how they will capitalise on European ventures. And even still, the SP, irrespective of prior perfromance/sentiment...... is incredibly discounted based on fundamentals like NTA.
I am certainly not saying the team could not be doing much better (otherwise the SP would be better), but the SP may well be an opportunity at these levels.
