Andrey, I am in for similar reasons.
I have no reason to doubt the accounting. The auditors have signed off.
The long term risk I see is that the scooter and bikes are not good enough or can't compete with other players. One thing I have noticed is that there is a hell of a lot of players in this field.
The way they market the products is crucial. Europeans like their own stuff and so we need them to be cheap and reliable. I am hoping toyota-esque! However I am no expert in these products and have only the sales figures to go buy.
