Re the "missing" $10M, my view is that because there will be about $9.8M left over from the loan for working capital (as stated in the Ann), there will be no need for the $10M. Methinks that either the Ann has omitted something or has erred in the stated amount. Anyway, I've sent an email off to the Company seeking clarification and will post again once I've received a response. I did in fact phone but was told that everyone was out. Maybe still celebrating at Raffles.
