The devil is often in the details

So in the news today we get that Sunrise has received a 500k government grant that it will use to conduct a study to improve the roads to get the autoclaves and other equipment to the mine site.

Yet we purchased those autoclaves in 2017 and we still haven't even undertaken a study, to get them to the mine site. Think about that objectively, we've apparently had for 5 years many companies enquiring about buying our metals and wanting to invest, yet they have never signed on the dotted line.

Is it because they would be doing extreme due diligence on the project, they would look in every nook and cranny, they would hear on the one hand we are shovel ready, and they would also have been told, autoclaves in South Australia, we need to conduct a study on improving the roads to get them to site. What will that cost, well we need to do a study to determine that....... Right!

Is this why this project has been languishing? Everyone here praises Sam and Bob but I feel Sam and Bob have been playing us. Why hasn't this study been completed years ago? It's not like we were waiting for these grants as they didn't exist years ago. How do we have a DFS and a PEP yet now we need to do another study to work out how much it costs to upgrade a road? What else don't we know or has been conveniently left out of the announcements? Sam gets 600k a year, is he worth it?

The SP is currently moving in the right direction, but how far are we away from a deal. Wouldn't GM or who ever want to know everything before they sign over 600million?
