Its healthy to have a contrarian view GC. I strongly believe BHP will deal, very very strongly. Their 'straight bat' actions have not ever indicted otherwise from what I understand.

    1. Metallysis UK. Where do they stand. Dr Cooley is behaving in a very strange manner and refuses to discuss Ti02 and their JV partner BHP at all. Check out the directors CV's. They are the top of their field from Cambridge? uni. Where do they fit or do they?

    2. Should BHP dither (again which I doubt) then I have privately encouraged a number of 'others' who would benefit from APG's tech to strongly consider the APG advantages and join an alliance as a backup.

But now BHP has the floor and our attention.

I'm sure Mike T and the Company is on top of the whole situation and has plans, backup plans and fail-safe plans nutted out. If you need reassuring please ring Nick and count the "very's". I'm holding, not trading and totally confident.

I'd even work in their office for 3B's.

Good luck and best to all
    Cheers M.
