The crane operator is the only one that has the product written into the employment contract - more may come through down the track and it is no doubt in use in other australian workplaces.
There is no FDA marketing type requirement for medical devices such as OraLine here in Australia. Police use require independant (paid for) study by one of appropriate organisations (such as Swinburne).
