I would suggest you put your efforts in finding the moment that directors represented to shareholders what you allege. If they said it you have a very powerful case for a Class Action to be put against the director/s personally.

I think it is more likely that you did not do your homework. On the other 3 matters listed earlier you didn't, why would you with something as elementary as this?
