    apologies but I couldn’t read the full funding agreement…
    from the clauses you pointed out@FreeFromStyle I cant see where the payment amounts are due if the 13.4 clause circumstances are triggered (it may be there but I couldn’t see it) the repayments all seem to refer to ‘success triggers’

    If this is the case & as per previous announcements there are no amounts payable if there is a trial failure, then trading should resume - the second Trial results go to read-out

    The company still has valuable structure & staff in place, ASX listing & expertise in Eyecare - There is a possibility to Vend into this structure an existing asset that needs capital and / or an existing asset undergoing a trial. The company could do a share consolidation / issue shares to acquire an asset & continue trading, giving shareholders the opportunity of redemption & allowing for circumstances where trading of the company could result in a long term loan repayments

    Hopefully for all shareholders the company had good r’ships with their trial funding partners & are able to identify an opportunity for the shareholders & trade through these very strong headwinds
