Hang in there - ignore all the doom and gloomers. COAST control arm is a glitch which no retina specialist would believe in the real world. I hope all will be corrected in the SHORE trial - it lucentis also prints 13+ letters in the control arm then some serious questions need to be asked.
The good news is COAST combo arm was durable at 52w and also the 8w dosing treatment arm held up well. COAST failure was purely due to an obvious issue with control arm. Too late to gain anything useful from COAST now so all effort must be redirected to SHORE.
