I think it's premature to make such a bold claim like this after they just engaged in a CR. It would be dishonest of them to not advise investors of any such information, especially when taking new money. Despite the rampant insider trading that happens in the Australian market, companies are still legally obligated to immediately inform shareholders of any information that may affect their financial position. They are not allowed to sit on it whilst their friends make trades. If it comes to light that this has occurred, ASIC will be very interested in receiving complaints from shareholders. More reports of misconduct means a higher likelihood of investigation.

but it is interesting that after every raise the sp has dropped significantly. I might add that the SI ‘s dipped out every time.
