I have followed this stock since the IPO 7+ years ago. Today for the first time it represents value. So far everything has been speculative even if there was clear proof of concept as far as 4+ years back. The earlier years were just a lot of Nir (belated Happy Birthday) hot air business cases though clearly visionary in parts too.
Today's announcement all but guarantees the company to be cash flow positive from Q4, or even this quarter in the unlikely case of receiving a big upfront payment at the time of this announcement. Market cap is about 80 mio taking the convertible into account. That is value given the vast client base and hence built in future order flow.
All buying till today was speculation, regardless of whether it was at 20 cts in the IPO or at 50+ cts just before the last quarterly announcement. A high price doesn't represent "expensive", though it can. A low price doesn't represent "value", though it can.
Congratulations to Yoav, Roee and the Team to today's impressive announcement. Now ELS is cheap for the first time!
