    hmm...

option1 is waiting for rmr to go back to being 1c. Great, I hope your dream come true. I am waiting to buy 1,000,000 shares at 1c.

Socrates is hoping for an upturn event. Hopefully there will be one soon and perhaps sooner than the 5-6 months anticipated period such as if China turned net importer of REEs overnight and the Greenland gov "suddenly" got pressured in to granting issuing actual mining permits/licenses for radioactive.

Alhough rare earth elements are not so "rare", quantity wise as a whole, is "rarer/lesser" as compared to say gold or silver or the zillion barrel of oil that was and is yet to be pumped. The demands and needs for REEs will go on increasing in the coming years, short terms supply is sufficient but that of long term outlook is looking bleak.

Eventually, a new alternate technology is needed to replace the sure-to-be depleted REEs on planet Earth, just like oil one day will. (To digress, whatever happened to Aussie guy that came out with a car engine to drink spent cooking oil? Who bought him out or killed "him"?) This would be a good idea before China become the world new No.1 economy overtaking the US around 2025 give or take 5 barred WIII or the like-scale crisis from happening.

Back to RMR, if it own a long term lease(albeit without the permit to mine at the moment) in its little patch of greenland which I think maybe is the size of Singapore, as Socrates put it, RMR is not going to turn into complete junk in any forseeable future.
