The dilution is low because the discount was relatively low. The discount applied (roughly 10%) is not out of the SP range in the last few weeks anyway and will be cheaper than the interest payable on the finance component.
FORGET NOT the everyone now has share of the $29.75m equity cash injection. This means that value of YOUR share of the "owners equity" part of the balance sheet has hardly changed.
The other thing to remember is the finance package was fully expected, fully necessary and in my view exceeds expectations!
