Let's back up a bit.......what about the possibility that given that Andrew Mortimer has a significant shareholding in PRW and when the rights issue was announced that he did not have the ready cash to take up his rights? I do not see anything wrong in him selling some shares so that he can put the cash back into the company by taking up his allocation of rights.
Surely this advantages the company and it certainly attests to the fact that he has ongoing faith in the company?
I know if I had a signficant shareholding that is the way I would approach it. Certainly there is some question over the form of the announcement and its bullish tones, but to this point he has not been proven wrong.
