"What appears to be in my crystal ball is litigation being sucsessfull,as a DOCA will be rejected at the creditors meeting , and ANZ will be forced to make full restitution after a series if lengthy court cases have proved fruitless. The legal profession will have a Beano, the clients will have a long wait to acess their shares (of which I am one) ANZ will in all probability be facing $2 Billion in restitution and legal costs .
All when a calm pair of hands could have contained the damage to a couple of hundred million.
It will also remove the directors et al when the share holders have their say."
