I agree that housing affordability is a large part of the equation --
and, personal debt is a very large part of the equation - but, there's two sides to the debt -------
one is the fact that you have repayments ------ and the other side is how do you get the money to fund those repayments
if you have full time employment - it's a totally different kettle of fish to if you have casual jobs where the only thing that has to happen to stop your income is for the phone to not ring
it's now seen to be a monstrous issue for society in a pandemic -
but, when you zoom in on your health workers --------- it's actually a HUGE factor in the spread of the disease
did you see the percentages of cases where contact was at the workplace?
amazing - and, just so foreseeable -------- ridiculously easy to predict
