@Marum - now I need to respond.
Our entire state (of W.A.) is now on lock-down because of one stupid unvaccinated French backpacker who is travelling the world - unvaccinated - and arrived here from Queensland - where else - and visited just about every nightclub and suburb here in Perth, obviously spreading the goodies he's come with. Now in this hot weather, we'll have to wear masks because of this idiot. I would gladly beat him up (well I'd tire and feel sorry after a while).
. . . . and I get 'stuff' from some of my European friends about not wishing to be forced to vaccinate, but they are afraid, afraid - and 'what on earth is the government going to think up next to 'control the masses'

when I was a child, no-one asked me or my mother if I wanted to be vaccinated or not - it was done at school, a certificate was sent home afterwards. That was it.
this is a new virus - we need to try everything not to let it get away and infect and kill more people -
I know you are probably immune-compromised and are doing the best you can under the circumstances, but please, please keep that message to yourself - we need to vaccinate people, even if the vaccines are still imperfect.
