    that seems to be what is comming into play now.
    as etherial as it may be, it seems to be having an effect, as in determining a significant degree of support.
    hadn't had anything to do with dividends for a long time, so had 10% still stuck in my mind.
    at almost seems as if the directors aligned the distribution with the current interest rates.
