Can I suggest that the dividend was calculated on the minimum that had to be paid under the rules of the trust. What is more important than the dividend is the balance sheet for the full year and the way it can be used to interpret a probable return and dividend for the next year. We have not seen if the balance sheet was constructed to pay down debt rather that pay a dividend or how much debt has been repaid from actual cash flow. When I see that I will reassess my values.
