In 2013 there were a whopping 8762 worldwide cases of rubella (not sure why this is but there is another category for CRS) which adds another 133 to that total... that makes 8895 WORLDWIDE a veeery long way from the 110000 worldwide that you've quoted.

And Australia's total rubella for 2013 ..............26 in 2013.. 2 more on the CRS spreadsheet... . Yes everyone, that makes a whopping ***28*** cases of Rubella in Australia in 2013. Hardly a cause for concern... or a valid reason behind the push to blackmail parents into having their children vaccinated.
