Nobody is saying there is a molecule of the substance left. Above 12c, or 24x, there isn't. You don't understand how gravity works, or combustion thermodynamics, but you happily walk along the pavement without flying off into the air, and drive your car.
We have discovered laws of gravity which enable us to use it, to predict how things will travel, motions of planets and moons. Likewise we have discovered homeopathic rules of cure. These are applied to effect cures in sick people, animals and plants. We do not have to understand the "why it works" of gravity or homeopathy, just the "how to use it".
You say that you know how conventional medicine works. What rules does it follow to produce a cure? How, for instance, does it cure the symptoms of diabetes, or asthma? What rules are used to determine which drugs to give?
