By your own admission you've said that diseases and viruses mutate... so let's just say for those very few individuals who DID get childhood diseases in 2013, wouldn't you agree that the vaccines currently being injected into hundreds of thousands of infants here in Australia alone are basically useless?  We can assume they do NOT contain the current strain of "fill in the blank" disease...  ?   But they still DO contain the toxins... adjuvants, thimerosal, formaldehyde and animal by products etc..

WHO Australian stats for cases of measles, mumps and rubella for 2013... (stats for 2014 are due out this month. )

Rubella ----   28 cases   (symptoms ....   mild fever, runny nose, rash)
Measles ----   158 cases (symptoms .... fever, a runny nose, a cough, and sore, red, swollen eyes)
Mumps ----  216 cases   (symptoms... fever, loss of appetite, swelling and pain of parotid glands,  headache)

Furthermore, leaving aside how we choose to treat ourselves.. be it "modern medicine" or homeopathy... does it really matter?  It comes down to a basic human right to CHOSE...  just like we do with politics, religion, diet, music... etc etc
