Macduff - I'm thinking the same, regarding privatising the company. They may let the funds run out and then suggest that they have been unable to raise significant capital to continue to make PHK a going concern. PHK then gets a white knight offer for a minimal amount and becomes privatised with the current management remaining in their respective positions.
