Thanks to both Chuck and Dub for opposing articles which often tend to confuse but in this case i think the balance was spot on. In other words have a dip atm but be cautious.
As far as stagnation goes i disagree. There is far too much money on the sidelines ready to pounce on global markets therefore once most of that money comes back it will inevitably cause more volatility imo
