I find myself reading one or two articles a day like this and I could read more if I had the time. But I can't remember seeing a single simalarly well constructed and well researched article putting the "green shoots" point of view. Am I reading the wrong web sites? Or is it only politicians and the media trying to create a sense that everything is under control making up-beat statements.
