Nah in this article in the Australian, it mentions that the NSW govt will announce this week new rules for exploration and extraction of CSG. They said on monday that they were considering the final draft to be released this week. Given the hints already released it was looking like it may be positive for CSG companies, hence the spike in DTE and MEL shares at the start of the week. I haven't seen that these new rules have been released yet?
