Yes it is alarming to watch the unnecessary demise of a potentially great company. The autopsy report would make interesting reading. Direct cause of death,mitigating factors. Hell we may even get forensics involved and see if charges/compensation could be constructed out of evidence of negligence or indeed nefarious processes..
