Sent into the world IS after his Baptism and not a pre-existing Jesus being sent down.
But lets let Jesus define this;

John 17:18 - As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world.

Did they pre-exist = Nope.

Another John 1:6 - There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.

Pre-existing John = Nope.
