Lets try be as much objective as possible and understand what we have in "our" hands (I don't carry,but I had good reasons for).

The main issue and probably the reason why the numbers were not published is:

How can they make available numbers is the "work in progress" is not clearly defined ? ( see also similar company in trading halt with same issue).
Obviously they could not ask a TH if they can't see short term answer.

I'm positive on top of that, the negative cash flow demands clear statement of new guidance. Probably they understaood better sum this ann plus the one on 15/2 and announce "correctly" both in end of Feb.

Impairment for sure exist and I place this yesterday trying to "raise" the issue as an 'alert" to my friends here(and I told I have no interest because I never short nothing).

The banks "in charge",for sure have their demands and we never know if part of that demand as per write down asset is not also raise Cpital on top of increase of headroom (maybe accepted just in short temporarily and emergency case).

The scenario looks definitively bad (not advise,just my conscient views).

In all that was not "bad enough" the perception of "board" now drop to lowest levels and I believe they dig their own tumb today.
Market can't cope with so frequent disappointment,.making all believers fools and even the "supporters" facing the consolidation of so level share price,for sure supporters of a board change.

I expect a dramatic 28/2 with some "sensational" news,like change of some key figures(maybe the CEO,but nothing that will change the fact the acquisition was a full fiasco and for sure Mr Grech regrets deeply.

Yes, the acquisition can become in medium term something good... But like always,.,.. To certain level of "shots" you must have financial support,and they didn't in past and much worst now.

My scenario is we will cross 0.50 in very short time.

I hope be wrong thinking in most of you. My views remain the same... I don't touch this share while I don't know what I'm buying.
