I don't dream about this but I certainly wouldn't lose any sleep over it either. With the systems that exist we can't vote our way to a truly representative government until those that are the puppets of the global elite are incentivised to do the job properly. If we are to fix the system we may just need to break a few pieces first. Now that we are in a digital age we should decide ALL matters of import via referendums (referenda?), which would then reflect the true will of the people.
