Japan should show some balls & dispatch a few Aegis missile cruisers into the area. If you go belly up, all you do is encourage a bully. If necessary, give him a bloody nose. He'll hightail it back for some peking duck instead. What if someone had actually fired a shot at the Nazis when they began their rampage, or the Americans today? Look what Putin did off Syria...
