The Dutchess Deal ("DD") was done at a time when reasonable minds might have been justified in thinking Met deal done soon and SP bullish.
Well...wrong and wrong but that may be nobody's fault. We should just "suck it up" as they say.
More dilution is the pain we are all feeling but its a bit like ageing - it beats the alternative.
DD probably looked good at the time. I think it cost $250k to set up (may stand corrected) but good insurance as it happens.
We'd be crying louder without DD. I reckon D are jumping out as surely there business model must be to drop the dreadfuls when they go "dreadfuller".
On the bright side there are some great opportunities going cheap at the moment so best thing is to focus elsewhere and live with a bit of MDV pain in the meantime.
