Is the Amcal one Tony Ferguson - the shakes are yummy and I do that every now and again, also they have a diet cordial which is nice!

I bought the Dukan Diet book and thought I would be able to stick to it but it was very difficult for me and I felt yukky eating all that meat.

If I drink 2 litres of water a day I don't put on any weight but I just forget to drink sometimes.
