    Hi again Z,

No - Tony Ferguson is with Terry White Pharmacies I think.

Amcal have their own programme - and it's good and healthy. Once again, it includes 'Guilt Free' shakes - but they're nice and seem to take the edge off hunger.

So I have 1 shake for breakfast, 1 piece of fruit mid morning, 1 shake for lunch, 1 piece of fruit mid afternoon, and lean meat or chicken with salad at night.

Plus I drink a lot of tea and the occasional coffee during the day, and a considerable amount of beer at night (which is very naughty, but it is low carb).

And it's working quite well, Hahn S/D not withstanding.

When I lose some more weight, I'll cut out 1 of the shakes : when I reach my target weight, I'll stop with the shakes and just eat properly from then on. (The whole idea of the programme is to get you to start eating the right things in the right amounts and balance.
