the circus is leaving town Password protected documents containing nothing. Mysterious patent documents written in polish. Swiss holding companies. I wouldn't be surprised if the royal family of Nigeria was involved somehow.

While I can't rule out that some legitimate deal exists there's also a good chance that regulators step in and expose an elaborate scam. There won't be any way to trade out of that so too risky IMO.
