a capital raising is underway, that's my guess. probably a share placement. key question is obviously at what price? after today, 0.0025 is probably the best guess IMO.
fundamental of CNN has significantly improved, but they under-estimated the working capital required in the business expansion into brazil at the last capital raising. for me, it's a hold for now.
