Prove it works for a condition prove that it is safe, prove that it works for <150mg per day dose range and then the TGA will give you the tick that hey... you don't need that specialist SAS to sign off for 'unapproved' meds.

Just because your pill is good (as a pill) but you still haven't actually worked out if it works for specific conditions you won't be able to go via OTC. (I think most haven't understood that) and its why lots of companies have been pumping out hype (all except the actual drug development companies funny enough maybe there is something in that) - because there are very few specific conditions that work with the OTC limits the TGA has imposed - that said 150mg was a surprise as it was originally <60mg)
